I have worked as a Child Abuse Investigator at both the governmental and private sector levels since 1999.
I left that field of endeavor as I was injured in a car accident while on an investigation in Washington State. While recovering I worked as a car salesperson which was unsatisfying so I decided to work in Real Estate in California where my skills have been an asset.
My success at investigations (problem identification, conflict resolution and mediation) lies in my ability to generate results beneficial to all parties. Never satisfied with the status quo I developed a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the community that would benefit the families involved. My record of accomplishment goes back eight years in which I have demonstrated achievements in
- Conflict resolution in diverse families to help improve familial dynamics and understanding of the issues that affect these families.
- Interpersonal work place dynamics that improve individual and group effectiveness through training and motivation with innovative procedures and techniques.
- Combining expertise in interviewing of children and adults to uncover the underlying problems that affect families in crisis.
