I have worked as a Child Abuse Investigator at both the governmental and private sector levels since 1999.
I left to pursue my dreams of being an author and Realtor where my skills have been a huge asset.
My success as both a writer, where I have written The Misbehaving Child. Common sense discipline for the 21st. century. and Rise of the Xindhi, as well as a real estate agent can be attributed to my investigations background (problem identification, conflict resolution and mediation). My ability to generate results beneficial to all parties has been a boon as a Realtor, helping both sides come to a positive solution to a stressful problem, buying and selling a home. My record of accomplishment as an investigator goes back eight years in which I have demonstrated achievements in
- Conflict resolution in diverse families to help improve familial dynamics and understanding of the issues that affect these families.
- Interpersonal work place dynamics that improve individual and group effectiveness through training and motivation with innovative procedures and techniques.
- Combining expertise in interviewing of children and adults to uncover the underlying problems that affect families in crisis.
