The Twin Gates Universe is vast and expansive. Here are a few of the other notable characters.

General Freedom- James MacLeod, a theoretical physicist working at White Sands on the “Cold Light” project. An attempt to harness the dark energy that is prevalent in the universe. When the particle accelerator broke down due to the immense power that was being extracted into the visible universe, it exploded and irradiated Dr. MacLeod's body with the still unknown energies.

After awakening from a months long coma, James was startled to find that his physiology had been altered by the energies that had washed over him. He was incredibly strong, his skin and muscularity was dense with dark matter and he found he was able to control the dark energy, dubbed cold light, that coursed through his body.

Lamrock Flowers- A private investigator living in Louisiana, who has been blessed or cursed with the ability to control and manipulate ectoplasm. Lamrock was born in a old majestic house that had been cursed by a voodoo practitioner after the civil war and at an early age was able to project a smokey, translucent ectoplasm for various effects.

Bryce “Beulah” Adams- Business partner of Lamrock. Beulah is a tall transvestite who happens to be a very capable mixed-martial artist. Beulah went to school at Villanova in Pennslyvania where he meet Lamrock. Both hit it off and even though their life-styles are extremely different they have bonded and become close over the years.
